Good demo, helpful team

I requested a demo for their Liquidity Optimization tool last month. Getting it set up was easy, just filled out a form on their site. The rep who showed us around was knowledgeable, answered all our questions without a lot of jargon. It seemed pretty powerful. They followed up a few times, but not in an annoying way. Overall, a good experience.

PoC for network mapping

We did a proof of concept for their Network Mapping Tool. The initial setup took about two weeks longer than estimated because of some data integration complexities on our end, not theirs. Once it was running, the analytics were pretty insightful. It helped us visualize some interconnectedness we hadn't seen before in our payment system data. The support team was responsive, usually getting back to us within a few hours for technical questions. We had a couple of calls with their engineers which clarified a lot. The interface itself felt a bit dense at first but became manageable after a few sessions. We're still evaluating the full enterprise solution, but the PoC definitely showed potential for our financial stability analytics needs.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how to get a discount on FNA's stuff? Like for a smaller bank or something, not a giant institution.

M Mark 2 months ago
Nah, I don't think they do public discounts or coupon codes. It's all enterprise-level, so you gotta negotiate directly.

Yeah, my company looked into them, and it's definitely not like buying consumer software. They don't have discount codes. You'd probably need to request a quote or a demo and see what they offer for your specific use case. It's more of a custom pricing kind of deal.

thinking about their liquidity optimization. how does it stack up against something like Quantexa for fraud prevention?

D David 2 months ago
FNA is more focused on overall systemic risk and network analysis for financial stability, I think. Quantexa is really strong on fraud and financial crime detection, that's their bread and butter.

They're kinda different beasts. FNA is really good for things like real-time gross settlement simulation and understanding liquidity flows across a whole system. Quantexa is more about entity resolution and spotting suspicious patterns for fraud, though they do overlap a bit in network mapping. Depends on your primary need really.
